High level of platelets
Hello,
My mother is 80 years old. She has been having high level of platelets since last two months. The reading 15 days back was around 850000. Around 4-5 days back when her CBC was done, it came down to around 650000. We plan to get her CBC done after 2-3 days. My question is, do we need to consult a hematologist ? or we can wait for some more time to see if the platelets comes down to normal?
