  4. High level of ESR. Increasing plz help.

High level of ESR
I have cervical spondylosis with mild posterior disc bulge intending the anterior thecal sack with ostomalacia I have little swelling at nape of my neck at back. From last 3 years my ESR level is increasing first it was 50 than 65 now it is 70 what next test should I go for to know why ESR is increasing plz help.
