High LDL Cholsterol
I have recently undergone complete health check-up. All test including TMT, sugar level, BP etc. are normal except the following: Total cholesterol - 228, LDL Cholesterol - 164 and Non-HDL Cholesterol - 182. Do I need any medication or it can be controlled through exercise and diet control?
