High LDL 165

I used to play regularly till last year. My sugar and BP is normal. But LDL level is high, HDL and total cholesterol are normal. Height 5'7 and weight 70 kg. I eat out 2-3 times a week. I drink occasionally and smoke 4-5 times a week. What do you suggest me to do ? I have been experiencing stress in life recently .
