High K value of eyes

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had undergone full eye tests before having LASIK eye surgery. I have a cylindrical power of 3.25 D in my right eye along with 4 D of Spherical. My eye pressure was 24, my corneal thickness is 590 and Km value is 47.7. Doctor said this K value is high and so I have to wait for 4 months before lasik. Please help me wht is this K value is!

K notifies the steepness of cornea. Too steep corneas sometimes develop keratoconus so they are not ideal cases for LASIK
