High IgE level
My 7 years old son IgE level is 3800. What's the reason ? How do I control it. He is also suffering from skin blisters some time watery and some time with pus, which is on and off since he was one n half years old.

High IgE levels indicates severe allergy tendency.
Next Steps
You need to rule out Hyper IgE Syndrome (HIES) a rare primary immunodeficiency disease characterized by eczema, recurrent staphylococcal skin abscesses, recurrent lung infections, eosinophilia (a high number of eosinophils in the blood) and high serum levels of IgE.
