High hyperopia
My friend has high hyperopia since childhood +7 and +8 , it happened due to sudden fever in childhood though it is stable now.  I want to know what complications he can face once age related vision loss starts and is it safe for him to sit in front of computer screen all the time? What can be the possible cures?

Hyperopia is not a disease or a deficiency. All he needs is corrective glasses or even contact lenses. Thick lenses look a bit awkward due to magnification caused. Contact lenses can be a good alternative as the field of vision is also increased. He can consider refractive procedure also for which some tests may be required.
