High haemoglobin and cholesterol
After the age of 30 my haemoglobin remains high and a few times I was suggested to donate blood. Cholesterol also remains high, if I don't eat non veg then also. I don't get the actual reason, recently my b12 was quite low below 50, I don't know what to eat or not , please help🙏 November haemoglobin - 15.5 Dec- 16.5 Cholesterol -200

Hi dear So raise in cholesterol can be due to unhealthy diet and even some genetic factors as well While we can not do much about the genetic factors we can make changes in diet which will also help in increasing ur vitamin levels as well I will need details about ur current diet and then I will be able to
