High fever with cold

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Sir, I am 25 year old female . I am suffering from some time high fever with very cold till from six months. I observed that lost of my hairs. In C. T. Scan report that liver get enlarged.In banglore doctor give me advice for kalaazar investigation because all these symptoms are of kalaazar,but in kalaazar report result come out is negative. Sir, please give me advise that what l do?
