High fever, sever headache no dengue
High fever, severe headache, platelets count 60k, but reported negative for malaria and dengue. What could be any other cause? Right now hospitalised but unable to understand the cause. Please advise.

HELLO, VIRAL IS THE MOST IMPORTANT OTHERWISE DENGU, MALERIA. TABLET FLEXON THREE TIMES A DAY  AFTER FOOD. TABLET LIMCEE THREE TIMES A DAY TO SUCK FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS (VIT C). TABLET ZIFI200 TWO TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. LIGHT DIET. O.K BYE.
