High fever seizure
Sir/Ma'am, my son had a high fever and experienced a seizure for the first time when he was one and a half years old, the second time at age four, and now again at six, with a fever of 103°F. We are very worried about his condition. Please guide us.

Means when body temperature rises above 101 degree, seizure can come

Every time with fever
So mostly its a febrile seizure.

Regarding treatment, I would like to suggest
Pls monitor fever regularly every 4 hrly, give antipyretic try to keep temperature below 101 degee.
Febrile seizure will disappear generally after 5 years of age, no need for life long treatment.
Now your child is 6 years of age i will suggest you to cosult Peaditric neurologist
