High fever on and off

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been having a bad sore throat( only the right side with immense pain while swallowing or drinking. I had this problem 04 days ago. I had taken cold water( at 12 am) the day previous to me getting this sore throat issue. Also I am having fever which went till 102 yesterday. Went to a clinic and the lady doctor gave me 02 injections. After an hour I was feeling so fresh and the pain and fever had gone totally. But today since afternoon I am feeling the same which I felt on the first day. The doctor has given me some antibiotics too. Will share pic of throat and medicines both. Pls advice. Would be humbled and grateful. With best regards.
