  4. High fever from last 5 days. Reccomend!

High fever from last 5 days
After 1st vaccination of covid given after 2 days felt back ache , feverish and neck ache and after blood test its typhoid. And fever is recorded 102, 101, 104 from the last five days. Please reccomend
