  4. High fever. Syrup for infant thrice.

High fever
Came to delhi day before yesterday from a cooler climate. 100.5F fever since yesterday evening. Given crocin syrup for infant thrice.

If only fever is there continue crocin 6th hourly and watch. If any further symptoms are there show to a pediatrician. During travelling she might have cought viral throat infection or others.
