I have taken paracetamol for fever but fever is increasing nd headache also. Unable to stand. What should i do

Take Tab Paracetamol 500 mg , every 6 Hours, plenty of oral fluids at least 2 liters a day , like tender coconut, fruits for 2 -3 days . It appears you are having viral fever. If you are not better in 1 or 2 days consult for further evaluation
