High fever accompanied with other sympto
7 year old boy..has 101.3 temp auxillary,cough stuffy nose, and touch of dirreah. What could be the cause. When asked if ears,throat or stomach hurt he said no. But also has a lot of gas with some nausea

Give him just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
Give syp ondem for vomiting or nausea.
Give hot fluids as tea etc.
