High ferittin levels
I am having fever since past 4 days. Maximum temprature was 101 and fluctuating up and down. Along with that weakness and full body imflamation. Sgpt parameter was normal at 26.5. Most of cbc parameters are also fine but ferittin levels are 755 as against maximum of 300 for males.
Since past many months my digestive power is going down, i am getting constant burbs even when i had not taken any food.
Basic googling revealed it is because of iron overload in body.
I am already on medicines like ecospirin 75, rosivas 5, stamlo 2.5, metformin sr 500 for heart, bp and sugar since past many years.
In addition, now on azithromycin, paracetamol, vitamin c and becadexamine for fever.
Need a specialist who can have expertise in handling complex imflamation cases along with heart, bp, sugar and rumatology problem/liver problem.

Your high ferritin level is concern if it's persisting for long time. It demands proper chekup. In your case it looks to be involment of liver. As your complaints of diabetes, arthritis, stomach ailments are indicative of that.

You need regular physical activity with in your capacity at frequent intervals.
Deep calm belly breathing.
Heavy early morning breakfast to revive your energy. Lunch and dinner can be lighter. Dinner should be latest upto 7 pm.
After each meal try to walk 10 to 15 minutes.
