High Eosinophile count and WBC count
I recently did a blood test. My WBC count was 21300 and Eosinophile was 400 and absolute Eosinophile was 9000. It was also identified I have a deficiency in Vitamin B12(6.52) and D(150). I'm having leg swelling for past 3 weeks with no pain, fever or cold. I'm worried what could be the cause.

Hi, Your WBC count is significantly high and it needs to be evaluated. Focus might be in your  leg. A detailed history may give more idea about its cause. Whether swelling involved both leg or only one leg, skin over swelling red?? Etc.. and accordingly may advice you regarding treatment. B12 and D deficiency also need to be corrected with supplements.
