I want to know that Does high dose of Vitamin A suppliment / capsule will help some how to clear the distant vision little bit and improve the focusing power of eye??

No, It is not advisable to take high doses of Vitamin A without doctors supervision. Only in deficiency states , it helps! In fact it can cause harm if excess is there as the body cannot get rid of it.
