I have done my lipid profile and found that I have high Colestrol level I used to drink alcohol and I am taking medicine of anxity also so is there any problem in my heart I face tightness and rapid heart beat have done ecg it shows normal so is there any problem and how to reduce my Colestrol level please suggest what to I have attached my report

Your triglycerides are high, consult a cardiologist, get ecg, echo as well, if necessary TMT. Stop alcohol. It can increase your triglycerides, check for Diabetes , thyroid disease , which can increase triglycerides
