High Cholesterol lvl + dizziness
Hello Dr, I'm 24, lately I've been suffering from dizziness from time to time, so I took a blood test and it turned out that I have high cholesterol level (260 in July 2017). I reduced the amount of fried food I eat, and did 35-45 mn bike rides 3 or 3 times a week. I felt good for 2 weeks, but suddenly the dizziness just came back, any advices!? PS: I'm a smoker (parquet a day), I have an office Job, I go into work pressure from time to time and I drink alcohol occasionally.Thx in advance Dr.
