I have high cholesterol and below are recent test result (meadured in mg/dl) Total Cholesterol : 216 mg/dl Tgl : 266 Hdl : 45 Non hdl cholesterol : 171 Ldl : 118 Vldl : 53 Chol/Hdl  ratio : 4.8 Ldl/hdl ratio : 2.6 Please let me know if it is dangerously high

It is not dangerously High. But you need to start statins to lower your cholesterol levels and as well diet modification and lifestyle modification is very much needed. Low fat diet Daily exercise of 30 mins

Consultant cardiologist as well repeat fasting lipid profile after 1 month of starting lipid lowering drugs
