High BP Problem
I have suffering from HBP from few days. I am taking medicine(non ayurveda). I have habit to take liquor approx daily 180 ml How i can recover/free from HBP

Yoga meditation helps a lot in management and control of high B.P. Yoga postures such as Tadasana, Vajrasana, bhujangasana,Shalabhasana, Pavana muktasana,yoga nidra etc helps in management of high B.P. Ayurveda herbs and normal fruits and vegetables like Brahmi, Ajwain., onion, Garlic, bottle Guard, amla, banana,water melon, pomegranate, lemon, sarpagandha, Sankhapushpi, clove, Ashwagandha helps a lot in high B.P condition.

With Ayurveda medicines your BP can be brought down. But your lifestyle should improve no liquor as it affects your liver and blood vessels. There are many meds like Muktavati / serpina  / Abana etc for BP in Ayurveda but u need to consult an Ayurvedic doctor for better results.

Take norbeepee tab of Ayurveda, and reduce the salt intake.if you not stop the liquor no one can save you.
