  4. High BP I have. To get relief from bp?

High BP I have
Sir I was using telista H for BP but presently I am using telesva H . Today I was anger and now I am feeling headache and pain in eyes . Today i measured my BP it is 138/90 Sir , is any medicine or any food diet to get relief from BP

Can't you consult a doctor.  Few tests ate needed. Haemogram and Lipid profile .Consult afterwards.
