High BP and voice problem
Dear doctor, my father is suffering from high BP from 10 years he has been taking medicine also 3days back he was so tense and not able to speak properly till today voice is not clear and BP was detected 180/90 is there any serious issue what to do please suggest and my mother said the same issue was happend 3 times it is now fourth time .

This can be brain stroke, get a ct scan or MRI done immediately, consult a physician/ neurologist
