High BP and other symptoms

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have been getting nausea, head spinning, shortness of breath and high BP. I had low BP pretty much till 2 months back and the maximum my heart rate goes up to 60s but nowadays it is going upto 102.I thought it was something related to my weight gain after covid but I have always been over weight and does COVID has a side effect on the heart like Bp and memory loss etc Kindly suggest something because I don't want to search in the Google.

Need physical examination Need ECG COVID in acute stage has effect on BP. Memory loss has been documented after COVID in a few case scenarios.. Cause should be found for Shortness of breath .. whether because of heart or lungs (post covid) Consult a nearby doctor for proper examination and tests.
