High blood sugar
My blood sugar level in fasting is 253 and my PP sugar level is 368, I also have dermatitis in my both feats, my Hba1c level is 10.8%, my urea and catenine level are normal but there is trace of sugar in my urine, my age is 59 I am a male and my weight is 70kgs, my blood pressure is normal and write now I am taking metformin 500 daily.

Metformin 500 is a very mild dose for your level of blood sugar. You will require an increase in the dose as well as additional medicines. Also, your diet will need to be assessed and changed if necessary.
