Sir iam suffering from high blood pressure
My 2d echo says
Concentric lvh+
EF-60%
Grade 1 - diastolic dysfunction
Doctor gave me 3 tablets for bp 1 in the morning and 2 in the night.
Iam taking tablets since the September month to till nov mid,My Bp was around 120/82,125/85 in the morning, 135/85 138/82 in the afternoon, 125/82, 128/85 in the night.
But in the dec month iam checking my bp it was around 140/90, 138/88 in the morning, 145/92, 148/94 in the afternoon, 135/90, 139/92, 140/90 in the night.
And iam very active
Why this much of variation in winter season how care in winter season

In september blood pressures were normal. In decembers readings are little high. Share which medications you are taking. Can do little change.
