Sir, Due to high blood pressure I suffer from minor spondylitis,dizziness, headache, regularly when skipping medicines. How to escape from high blood pressure without taking medicines... For an example exercises yoga .... Plz suggest which execise or yoga is gd for me..

Changing your lifestyle can go a long way toward controlling high blood pressure. eat a healthy diet with less salt, exercise regularly, quit smoking and maintain a healthy weight. But sometimes lifestyle changes aren't enough. Practice taking deep, slow breaths to help relax.
