High Blood pressure
Noticed high blood pressure normally in the range 150-200 / 90-100 .Have been monitoring it for almost 2 weeks and it remains in the range shared above. I have been taking excessive water as suggested , no medicines as I think if you start medicine for BP , then you need to continue taking it for life. Need advice.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
So to delay starting the blood pressure medicines won't help your condition.
And there is more risk in starting the blood pressure medicines late.
It's like if you close your eyes the whole world doesn't exist.
Things don't work that way.
