Like style management is the only WAY. Reduce your weight by 20-25 kgs gradually 3-4 kgs per month. Regular physical exercises for atleast 1-2 hours daily. Well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Consult a dietician to give best advice regarding your diet plan. No deep fried foods or fast foods. By practicing these measures you may be able to avoid or postpone taking medicine.
