High blood pressure
I am 35 years old male weight 80 kg blood pressure 150/100 no past heart issues. Having psoriasis arthritis taking tablet nucoxia 60 mg, sazo 1 gm, pacimol 650 1 tablet each only at night. From last 4 days my bp is upto 140/95 one Dr. Give me cilacar 10 mg. I had done ecg. Ecg shows normal but bp is high suggest me what to do kem pune doctor told me to consult cardiac specialist. Please tell me is my bp tablet for long life or it will go out. After some days

You may need bp medicines for ling time if you have a family history of high bp .

Having noted your weight of 80kgs, you should tell us if it’s appropriate for your height or more. I can understand your concerns with psoriatic arthritis which could be concern with physical activity. Largely you may require BP medicines in the long term at variable dose and number depending on how best we can manage body weight, diet and physical activity
