High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure,chest pains,panic attacks,once a day,problem sleeping,i have had some work related a stress,i accept that but I don't smoke,i don't drink alcohol and I am only 23 years old,i have had my test results back and there was no secondary cause(although I did have vitamin D deficiency)... what can I do gain back normalcy again,i am taking my medicines though,i hope this blood pressure isn't life long?
