High blood pressure .
Hi sir, I am soft eng. I checked my bp few weeks month and it was around 120/100.
Then after while doing the checkup the bp is most often about 130+/75+ and in evening about 140+/90+. I am using amlodipine IP 5 mg but still it's not working . please let me know if its a alarming situation I am lil scared . thanks !!

hello sir
sometimes out of anxiousness also ur bp will shoot up...so get ur bp checked aftr 5-10 min of goin to clinic so dat ul be settled down...and more over derl be bo changes in lying down,standing,or sitting position...so get ur bp checked in always d same position...maintain a record of all d bp recordings and meet ur physician...
u shud also maintain low salt diet
avoid oily food
avoid missing ur tabs
regular exercise....all dese will definitely help u
