Hello Sir, No sir, there is no relation between high blood pressure and kneee pain. Considering his age, he might be getting the knee pain because of degeneration of the bone which causes friction between the two bones of the leg and ultimately leads to pain.

Hello there, Its unfortunate that he is suffering from knee pain. there is no relation between knee pain and hypertension. but there question to be asked here is if he is taking any treatment for hypertension? from how many years is he hypertensive? the pain might be due to osteoarthritis of the knee which is due to degeneration of the cartilage in the knee joint. take a cap. proxyvon-plus twice a day for pain relief, consult a orthopedician for further help. best regards, Dr. Anil Kumar Jain
