High blood pressure
1) which beta-blocker have least side effects for long term indication, high blood pressure 2)as my age is 21 year my bp is 145/80 using atenolol 25 mg for 6 months 3)now dr prescribed me nebicard 2.5 it works perfectly bp is in 120/70 4)does nebicard is safe for long term 5) one dr suggests try bisoprolol? I have health anxiety and now my all anxiety is based on this beta-blocker because i see many people over 50 use beta-blocker and im just 21 with no cardiac issue Please give me some good advice

Nebicard is a better choice at this age as it has no sexual side effects like other beta blockers

No betablocer, start with ACE inhibitor- take Telma 40mg once daily. If uncontrolled betablocker will be added- All are save at your age.
