High bilirubin level
My father made a blood test and the results are 2.1 mg/dl bilirubin and 57 sgpt. He was an alcooholic user for many years but he dont use it anymore for 5 years know. Also he had a triple bypass surgery last year. He is in medicines such as aspirin and other medicines and he has tipe 2 diabetes and gets insulin.Can you please tell me why bilirubin can be this high? It is normal or what causes it. Thank you
