High Bilirubin & High RBC Count. Me

I'm worried, as I did a Liver function test on January 2021 and SGOT, SGPT etc everything were fine except total bilirubin was 1.75 as well as total RBC count was 7.49 and now again I did a test in which in Liver function test everything is in normal limit except Total bilirubin which is 1.9 now total RBC count is 7.49 following which doc asked me to do Ultrasound for a better analysis in which everything was OK and doc mentioned, "mild enlarged spleen(12.6cm) and few paraumbilical mesenteric lymphnodes of 6-8mm- Likey nonspecific in etiology". Then doc asked me to do coomb's test, sickling test, reticulocyte count test, peripheral smear test which also came out to be negative except Eosinophills to be 17% and RBC to be Normocytic to microcytosis 1+, hypochromia 1+. I know I asked this query before but I forgot to mention that I've already performed complete Liver function test. Please help me🙏
