High Anal Fistula
Hello Doctor, My husband is suffering from high anal fistula from past 2 years so we took MRI fistulogram last week and attached the report here. For high anal fistula we only go with very old treatment like SETON only and if we do surgery then he may face motion incontinence likewise we get to know from one of the Doctor. I'm very much worried about seton treatment because he need to suffer for around 8month.please check the report and help us, if we have any other possible way to treat this or only way with Seton treatment.

For High Fistula, now a days better treatment is Rectal flap with FiLaC.
Chance of recurrence will be in all procedure.
