High alt/ast
My son rohan is overweight, eat lot of outside food. He not smoke neither drink. Enclosed his lft report. In which ast and alt is high. Also not having any yellow eye or skin. His bp is sightly high range avg.also no pain in stomach or back. My question is that can he is having gall bladder stone or fatty lever. He may also going to have u/s of whole abdomen. His lft report enclosed. All other Paremtters are normal.

It looks like fatty liver with ongoing inflammation in liver It may leads to fibrosis and then cirrhosis So we should stop ongoing inflammation in liver by life style modifications and reduce weight and medicine
