HIFU and Cryo treatment effectiveness

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Can I ask after how many days does one experience the results of Cryo. I have completed almost a month of Cryo with no result showing. Further how many days after Cryo is Hifu recommended. Which amongst these 2 treatments is more effective and suitable for post partum inch loss. Do share genuine responses please. Really looking fwd.
