Hi. Need to know few  clinical details before making specific comments. How frequent are your symptoms and what are the predominant symptoms? Is there worsening recently? Did you try dietary modifications and if so  was there any improvement? Was an endoscopy or contrast Xray done_ if so please send me the reports. In properly selected patients, if there are no other cause for symptoms hiatal hernia surgery gives good results. I would suggest you to consider a detailed consultation so that we can discuss well.
