I have recurring pore inflammation on my nose, resulting pus like formation in pores and eventually resulting in inflammation, blackhead and skin pigmentation. Especially when sweating, this becomes worse and i can see every pore inflammed with my bare eyes and little pus extracted from each pore. One of the doctor mentioned it could be HS.
I am not interested in steroids.
Can my sweat glands on nose be removed by laser with no scars?
I also have other scars on my face due to multiple stitches and deep cuts almost 20 years back for which i would like to have laser scar reduction.
