Hiccough from eating spicy foods or drinks its very uneasy for me very difficult to control please tell me some solution

Eat small portions of the same food, very slowly, chewing all the time, mixing your food with your saliva and at the same time giving time for your throat to get adjusted to the spicy content.. Use thick curd based fruit smoothie along with the spicy food to reduce the pungency of the food. If hiccups still occur, consult an ENT Specialist for prescription drugs for same.
