I have thyroid t3 t4 normal but TSH high (21.402 uiu/ml )so please suggest me what I can do for NXT I taken daily tablets every morning before breakfast thyoronorm 100mcg sir but now

As per your thyroid hormones level you need to increase your thyronorm dosage..as it's not controlled by the current dosage..also review with your doctor for proper assessment..
