If u hv bn sexually active and u hv taken ny pill it could be because of that also.
Other causes are hormonal disturbances , pcos , thyroid issues, endometriosis , etc.
Do a serum beta hcg blood test and an ultrasound pelvis.
According to reports further management ll be decided upon.
