Hi, I have wart for more than 6 months and first it was not that painful. I visited a doctor she has given me salicylic acid and I have applied it but there is no improvement. only pain is increasing. Could you please let me know if it is good that I can operate and remove it or I can reduce pain through medicine to cure completely

You can get it cauterized which is the procedure to remove it. It seems a very simple surgery. Using salicylic acid for some time can reduce the thickness following which you can get it removed. You can take a pain killers if there is pain till your surgery. Go to your dermatologist and ask for this procedure.
