Celelc , stool is solid due to cereals. Donot panic. It is normal to have tight motions as adults have. Relax , go ahead with breast feeding and cerelac.slowly introduce banana, egg, sweet lime juice, it is to develop taste in a child. Banana is very good. Always introduce new item per week, in small quantity and increase it. Next week introduce second item in similar fashion.

It is alright if baby does not pass motions for 3 to 4 days. If she starts crying a lot, please give medicine for gases and contact a pediatrician. Is she breastfed ? Don't start other food till 6 months completed. Don't give packaged food like cerelac. It has chemicals etc which are not good for the baby. Give home cooked fresh foods only
Greetings, history noted the children who is on formula feed usually have these problems .
