Hi doctor, i m trying to conceive.
I'm trying to have kid but from last two months I expected some unusual things. In first month, I missed my regular period and period came one week later and next month I was experiencing symptoms of pregnancy like vomiting and headache but then period started. I would advise you to visit your gynecologist so that you can be assesed and the underlying cause of the problem is found. It is likely that you have a hormonal imbalance which is causing the menses to be irregular. Certain lifestyle changes will help with regulating your mensuration such as: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol If the condition persists or worsens visit your gynecologist.
