I had these symtoms which look like herpes on my breat from last 2 weeks i am applying anti bacterial cream they have become flat brown hard

Herpes comes with blisters which are linear in one single line ( dermatome) and cause heavy pain. This may be something else. It is not advisable to prescribe without examining the patient.
